| We recommend that a cement backerboard first be installed to give the granite a good bonding surface. |

| Q. Can Bedrock be installed over thick or thin substrates? |
|
| Yes, the same edge has a unique flexible design with a
Detachable Skirt enabling it to be installed over 1
1/8” substrates or 2” substrates or anything in between. |

| Q. Do you have outside and inside corners? |
|
| Our outside corners are a solid piece, and our inside corners can be mitered by you or we will do it free of charge. |

| Q. Do all the components match in color? |
|
| We manufacture all components from the same raw block of granite and color code all components. |

| Q. How do I make a short 4” or 6’ backsplash? |
|
| We have a quarter round trim piece which is self aligning and caps off the exposed edge of the granite tile resulting in a luxurious ¾” thick looking backsplash. |

| Q. Can I get samples? |
|
| We have a
simple and inexpensive sample program. You
will have your samples anywhere in the country
in typically 1 to 3 days. |

| Q. Can I butt join the edges of the tiles together? |
|
| All of our components are precision manufactured, which means all components can be butt joined together for a precision fit. All tiles and edges have a slight chamfer resulting in a minute grout line of about 1/16” which is typically filled with a matching or complimentary non-sanded grout. |

| Q. What do I use to glue down the granite? |
|
| Use a good quality modified thinset
for Marble and Stone. |
|
| Q. What type of grout do I use? |
|
| Because the grout line is so minimal, use a Non-Sanded grout. |

| Q. Can I install myself? |
|
| The Bedrock system is the easiest and most flexible system in the world to install. DIYers, Weekend Warriors, Tile Setters, and Contractors have all enjoyed the results and ease of our tested, tried and true system. |
